Our Weekly Schedule On Cable

The Arabic Hour is a production of the American Arab Media Foundation, a non-profit organization registered in Massachusetts. The Arabic Hour has been made possible only through the efforts and dedication of an all-volunteer staff

For the past twenty seven years, The Arabic Hour has been made possible only through the efforts and dedication of an all-volunteer staff. The program has served the Arab American community by broadcasting local community events as well as events of national, political, historical, and cultural interest.

The Present

Since our contract was not renewed with Channel 66, The Arabic Hour has been airing in nine different communities on local cable networks in Massachusetts, and one station which covers all of Rhode Island.

The Future

The Arabic Hour has been made possible only through the efforts and dedication of an all-volunteer staff and the financial support of the community we serve. In order to continue our mission, we need your continued support to help us achieve our goals.

If you would like The Arabic Hour to air in your community.  You need to call your local community cable station and tell them that you have a show, that you would like to air on the local community channel.  

You need to be persistent, if the cable company insist on giving you the run around.  You could call the local licensing board and speak with the person in charge of the community cable. 

The Arabic Hour will provides the show to any one that is interested to have the show air in their community.  But you (the town resident) will need to get the cable company to allocate the time for the show.
